We believe that communities that eat, socialise, exercise, learn, meet, greet and perform together are stronger and more cohesive.
Our mission is to provide a public space for the W1 community to come together and share their interests and talents. Priority will be given to those who share our philosophy for building an inclusive, sustainable and supportive society.
HOW IT WORKS
Mayfair Community Space is managed by Mercato Mayfair (MM), the sustainable community market, with a proven track record of working with local communities. In partnership with the building owner, Grosvenor, and representatives from local businesses, residents and community interest groups, the Community Space has been developed to create a new ‘village hall’ for the area. The use of the space by local community groups and not-for-profits will be prioritised.
The space holds approximately 30 people (activity dependent) and is available every day from 9am to 10pm. Slots can be booked by registering your interest via this website. For pricing information, please see the terms and conditions for bookings below.
All appropriate activities for adults and children (excluding political or religious uses) will be considered, and the space can be hired by groups or individuals in the area. We offer this space free of charge for local, not for profit groups, and at reasonable rates, to others within the wider W1 area, whose aims complement our own.
Mercato Mayfair has worked with its Trading Partners to put together a Community Space menu for your event, which will be delivered to the Community Space.
